If there was one place in the UK that I’d have to choose as my favourite place to visit, it would be the Lake District. There’s just something about it that keeps us coming back for more and with 16 lakes, 197 tarns, 214 Wainwrights and miles of footpaths, it’s a dog walking dream, whatever the weather.
